My Egyptian Altar: A Work In Progress

I figured out a space to have my Egyptian altar: the space between my bed and the wall. A small TV tray made of wood fits in nicely. It is small, but it is the best I can do space wise in my bedroom. Tonight I bought a beautiful gold fabric from Walmart, two dark red candles with glass holders so that the wax does not ruin the cloth. I put my offering dishes along the bottom, and a Lapis Lazuli at the center figure until my figurine of Isis arrives. I would like to add other Gods and Goddesses but like I said, I only have so much room. If there is another table, I might be able to double it but for now what I have is good enough for me. And I can always change the statue if I want to work with a specific deity.

ImageThis picture does not do the altar justice, as the lightening in my bedroom is poor. The fabric is gorgeous. You will just have to trust me on that one.
